1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by K2B Lifestyle, a Bangladeshi business selling 100% authentic Korean skincare products in Bangladesh, for retail customers and, on enquiry, for wholesale buyers. The terms we, us, and our refer to K2B Lifestyle.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site. We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes means you agree to the updated terms.

2. Service Availability

We deliver products within Bangladesh only. Orders from outside Bangladesh will not be processed, and we will not be liable for such claims. Product availability, pricing, and shipping terms are subject to change based on region and inventory.

3. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices listed are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary by region, weight, or courier service. We are not liable for any additional local area taxes (if applicable), which must be paid by the customer.

An order is confirmed only when the customer pays the delivery charge in advance via bKash or Nagad. The product price is collected when the order is delivered. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing error, system issues, or suspected fraud. We may request additional information or verification before confirming an order.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–15 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched or handed to the courier. Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible, and within 30 minutes of placing the order where possible, with a valid reason.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via reputed Bangladeshi courier partners (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy). Delivery tracking will be provided via SMS or email. Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues. We are not liable for courier delays.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for:

• Wrong item sent
• Damaged product
• Defective product
• Expired product

For any return or refund request, photo or video evidence of the issue is required. No return or refund will be processed without proper evidence. Return pickup and reverse shipping charges may apply unless the mistake is on our part. Refunds will be processed only after quality inspection at our warehouse, and will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 working days.

Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except when the product arrives damaged, defective, or wrong. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on https://www.k2blifestyle.com/, including product images, brand name, logo, text, and design, is the intellectual property of K2B Lifestyle and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Skincare results may vary from person to person. Please check product descriptions and usage guidance carefully before ordering, and discontinue use and seek advice if a product irritates your skin.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Dhaka Courts only.
